Who’s behind this?
Hi! I’m Hannah—the brain and soul behind Carolina Seashells. I was born and raised in Toronto, moved to Colorado at 11, and finally made it to the Carolinas in 2022. Most of my life was spent landlocked, meaning I wasn’t raised in the coastal lifestyle—but that’s exactly what drew me here. Watching people live wild and free by the beach, I knew I wanted to live that way too. Coastal living has a slower rhythm, and it’s where my heart feels most at home.
Collecting seashells quickly became one of my favorite pastimes, a way to slow down and connect with the ocean. With a lifelong passion for creativity, I started Carolina Seashells to share that love—turning my little life by the sea into something meaningful. This brand is my creative pursuit, my way of capturing the beauty of coastal living, and hopefully, inspiring others the way the Carolinas have inspired me
